Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or access has been granted. When you make a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital nature of our products means they cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

European Union Rights
For customers in the European Union: Please note that the EU consumer protection laws' right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content where the delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Refund Processing
In the rare case that a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
