Yes, this requires actually going to fitting rooms. It takes time. December will reward you with photographic evidence of what flatters your specific body. No more vague memories or theoretical preferences about what "probably works." You might find that a silhouette you've dismissed actually flatters you more than your go-to. Or you'll confirm your instincts were solid all along—also useful.
4. Reconsider Your Hairstyle

- Next salon visit, skip the usual request. Tell your hairdresser you're open to suggestions and see what they recommend for your face shape and texture (which doesn't mean you have to say yes to their suggestions!)
Nothing requires changing. But autopilot drives most hair decisions, and those choices often date back years. At minimum, consider the alternatives.
5. Liberate Your "Saved for Later" Pieces
